You do not need to be an expert carpenter….or even a novice one. This contest is about you and how you imagine a birdhouse might be designed and built. Think “what would a bird like”?

Girls LaCrosse

We are happy to announce that we are now offering Girls Lacrosse in conjunction with the Illinois Girls Lacrosse Association.  The Spring League starts April 13th and runs thru June 8th.  Check our Winter/Spring 2014 program for details.

Barbara Turner receives Lake County Conservation Award

Liberty Prairie Conservancy recognized our own Barbara Turner with their first Lake County Conservation Award at their annual meeting in May, 2011. Barbara Turner has long been a passionate voice for conservation in Long Grove, her pride and joy is the 36-acre Reed-Turner Woodland Nature Preserve.
